IRibbonUI should work as an Object in VBA

A

In Office 2007 VBA, the IRibbonUI and IRibbonControl objects are returned
from callbacks. However if they are transferred to a variable defined as
Object, they no longer support their properties or methods. It would be
useful to be able to do this to facilitate writing code which would compile
in any previous version of Office.
