IRM for MS word 2003 (XP pro)

I'm a home user who has XP pro (including Office 2003). I just learnt about
IRM and want to know how I can lock a MS word document before emailing it to
a collegue so that he can't save it, edit it or print it. Is the IRM servive
available to people like me who work from home?
