Irritating template help - Go Away!

Can anyone tell me how to turn off that irritating template help that insists on opening every time I use a template to start a visio 2003 drawing? When you use the same template over and over, it gets to be a nuisance, and I can't figure out how to turn it off. I tried the options page, searching the web and the help files, and no luck. Please help.
