Is a Spanish visual keyboard available for MS Office 2003?

When typing the special characters used in Spanish, I'm used to using the
visual keyboard that was available in Office 2000. I tried to download that
previous add-on to use with Office 2003 but it would not install. (The error
message said it could not find any Office 2000 products installed on my
computer.)
