Is an outlook conversation just looking at the same subjects?

Aloha Teri,

Your question is a little unclear, but if I'm not misreading it the answer
is "No. There is a separate "Conversation" field (populated with the subject
line from the original post in the thread) which it looks at. That enables
you to reply and change the Subject line but have your reply remain within
the same "Conversation."
