Is any reliable way to protect Access 2000 database, If password recovery

User-Level security is much more secure, but ACCESS is not a good solution
if you need high security.

Just to elaborate on Rick's comment, NO desktop file is particularly secure.
If a hacker can get to the physical file, they have a very high probability
of being able to crack it. To get security, you need a server-based scenario
like SQL Server or Oracle, where the users do not have access to the
physical files.
