Is BCM included with Action Pack?

Is the BCM for Outlook included with the Action Pack? I have received the
newest Action Pack with Office Professional 2003 but there is no BCM disk
included. Plus I do not have any Exchange accounts installed in Outlook.

BCM apparently is not included in the Action Pack, only in retail, OEM, MSDN Universal, and volume license Office Pro 2003.
