I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 BCM, and wondered if anyone could help with
this elementary question...
I like to make paper notes when I call someone. It looks like the way to
enter those in BCM is (under "Business Contact History") > Add > Business
Note.
But it looks like the date/time is automatically put in. So, if I talk to
Bill on "12/28/04-Tuesday-4pm", and wait to key in the paper notes the next
day... I get an entry that shows "12/29/04-Wednesday 8:15am... talked to
Bill about starting the contract soon, etc., etc., etc."... which is the
wrong date/time for when the phone call and notes occurred.
Is there a way to CHANGE the date/time for a business note? Surely BCM
didn't hard-code this as the date/time that the "keyboard entry" was made...
Thanks,
George
