Yes, under Windows IIS, not under Unix/Linux if the host has applied all of
the updates.

If it is an Apache/UNIX server running
the latest version of 2002 extensions the answer is no.
TBMK there isn't a KB article, as the UNIX versions
of the extensions are written by RTR software, not
Microsoft.
