Is Import Flowchart Wizard Obsolete

Is Import Flowchart Wizard obsolete?
I am using this feature in Visio Enterprise Edition but I'm having difficult
time finding documentation or support. If it is obsolete, I'll quit looking
and investigate other options.

It was not included in v2003. Depending on which version of EA you're using,
it may or may not be there.
