Is it a font issue?

I have a Power Point 2003 presentation. One of the slides, the font looks
perfect on my PC (Windows XP). I burned it to a cd, and opened it up, still
looks good. I take the cd to a co-workers machine (also XP), and the words
overlap each other. I have no idea why that happens. We both use 1024 x 768
resolution, same version of Power Point, and XP. Any help would be
appreciated.
