Hello everyone,
Please accept my apologies in advance, if this question have already been
released by other user. If so, please let me know.
My situation is the following: OneNote allows to share files with other
team's members; however some of the files should have a 'restricted
distribution'. I am referring to a warning like 'Confidential information'.
So far,my team's partners are able to re-send by email any attached file
which is on OneNote. In that sense, the issue was released because we want to
avoid that certain files are distributed through any manner (by
email/copy&paste,etc).
I know that 'protect a section' feature allows to set a password avoiding
access to the content of a particular section, but this is not that case,
because the files that we want to avoid distribution could be on different
notebooks.
I really appreciated any prompt idea to this issue, thanks in advance!
