Is it legal to use clipart on my website if I used Publisher?

I used MS Publisher to create my website. Am I allowed to use all the clipart
without prior approval, or do I need to go through some sort of process?
Should I indicate at the bottom of the homepage that some of the images
belong to Microsoft, with a link to their website? Thank you!

See the EULA

If you have a valid license to Office, you can use the clips:

Personal items
Business items, under the following restrictions:

1. The clip should not be used as a part of your logo.
2. If you are selling an item which depicts the clip, the clip cannot be
the primary value of the item ( you cannot sell a clipart collection or sell
a book of just clipart, etc)

Thanks for your response. I am hoping it's safe to assume that I can use the
clips then. I'm assuming that if I've purchased MS Publisher, that provides
me with the "valid license", and the clipart I've used is merely to enhance
the aesthetic of the website, not part of our logo or for any other selling
purpose (we are merely an informational website).
