is it possible/recommended to use MSP 07 with PS 03

Hi all,

Thanks for your ever useful answers to posted questions.

My organisation has a large PS 03 implementation. We are looking at
upgrading to MSP and PS 07 around July. I have heard that it is possible to
configure MSP 07 to talk to a PS 03 server.

This sounds appealing as we could role out MSP 07 in advance and cover off
all the related training etc before then rolling out the new server
environment.

I am concerned that it may however introduce other complications....

Any ideas/experiences much appreciated.

You have heard incorrectly. You can only use Project Professional 2007 with
Project Server 2007. You cannot use Project Professsional 2007 with Project
Server 2007, nor can you use Project Professional 2003 with Project Server
2007. Hope this helps.
