Is it possible to add attachments to mail merge emails in outlook?

I know there are third party add-ins to add attachments to mail merge, and
also vb code. But I read that in outlook 2007 with business contact manger
that the functionality now exist. Is that correct. Also is there any
recommended third party applications for outlook 2003 that you would
recommend?
