Is it possible to call a contact via Windows Messenger (VoIP) from Outlook contacts?

Hi all!

Is it possible (with an add-in or natively) to configure Outlook 2003
so that I can dial a contact on Windows Messenger via my VoIP there, by
clicking on the phone number of the contact in Contacts?
