Is it possible to click a hyperlink field on multiple records form toopen another form/record?

Hi -

I have created a form query showing multiple records of open orders.
Is there a way to use the hyperlink properties of one of the fields
[i.e. requestnumber] included on the open orders form so [on click] it
opens another existing form showing that particular record's details?
