Is it possible to convert PC templates to the Mac?

I own copies of both Office 2004 for the mac and Office 2000 Small
Business for the PC. I want to keep using the Legal Pleading Document
Wizard that came with 2000 on the PC on my Mac, but I can't get the Mac
version to load it properly. Is there any way to get it to load and
work on the Mac, or am I stuck with having to keep the PC around so I
can keep using this one template?

Or... maybe... is there a way to do this? (If there is no solution for
the above problem)

I have some numbers and text that I want to be repeated in the margin
on every page, which I want locked down to a particular place on the
page and is not deletable. So, if I were to type beyond the first page,
the second page would have the same numbers and floating text boxes in
the same position as the first, and if I were to delete all the written
text off the page, the page would go away like normal?

Templates are cross-platform. But wizards aren't templates. So you can't
use a wizard on the Mac.

If you can create a doc from the wizard and save it as a template, you would
be able to use that on the Mac. I don't know how the wizard works, whether
it would let you do that or whether that would hold the formatting you need.
I think it might, as I have heard of people doing that with the fax wizard.
