Is it possible to create a form for the web?

I'm not sure were to go but I need to allow the web viewer to load the site
and then complete a form that is sent to me by email once completed. Can this
be done in publisher and if so where do I go?

Do you mean godaddy.com which is where I am hosting the site? If you do I
previously asked them and they did not know if Publisher could create a form
as they are the hosting provider. Now what? Jim

Publisher can create simple forms - if your website has FrontPage Server
Extensions installed then it's pretty easy, if not then you'll have to use
whatever is available from GoDaddy

The forms in publisher work GREAT with godaddy
I have several of them on there

Create your form in publisher and if you have any problems post back
