Is it possible to create an interactive flowchart using Visio?

Good afternoon,
I am about to get a copy of Visio Standard 2003 and was wondering if it was
possible to create an interactive business-process flowchart?

I found an example of what I'm talking about on the following website:

I am really hoping to do something like this for a handful of day-to-day
processes throughout my department.

Thanks for any insight that anyone might be able to provide me!!

sure, it will require some vba coding underneath and is relatively simple.
(i.e. ask the question in a window, based on response highlight different
shapes, for background information hyperlink to an external source (web
site, word doc, whatever)
