Is it possible to custom set the printer paper size in Visio 2003?

I'm trying to print on 4x6 index cards. My printer can handle this in the
manual feed tray. When I go into Page Setup and try to set the printer page
size, there is no "custom" option and none of the pre-loaded sizes fit.

Try the following

Start>Settings>Printers and Faxes>(ypur printer)

Right Click on the printer and select properties. Then create a custom size
to fit the paper. When you go back to print in Visio, the custom size will
be there.

Works for large format also.
