Hi,
I'm using MS Query to read data into Word from an Access database. The
query will almost always return multiple rows, and therefore Mail
Merge is no good. MS Query is working fine, but I can't format the
data as I want to.
The database field does all Table Autoformats to be selected, and
these do work, but again, I can't format the data as I want to.
I can create custom Table Autoformats, or amend the existing Table
Autoformats, but from my testing so far, I'm pretty sure the database
field uses a set of internal Table Autoformats that cannot be amended.
Can anyone verify this, or offer some advice on formatting data
returned from a database query? When I say "formatting", I mean
setting fonts, left/right justification, colours, etc.
Many thanks
Laurie
