Is it possible to disallow the sending of emails with HTML ?

Hi all,

we have an Exchange2K server and use Outlook2K on the clients. I'm starting
to see a lot of imbedded icons and pictures getting sent around courtesy of

http://promos.hotbar.com/promos

anyone know how i can disable (possibly through AD or Group Policies) the
sending of html ?

You sure that you shouldn't instead have your customers run Ad-aware
and/or Spybot to ensure that they aren't infected with the Hotbar
spyware?
