Is it possible to do a "Find and Replace" like you can do in Word?

No. And hopefully it never will be. OneNote isn't a Word Processor.
It would be interesting to see the scenario you are intending to use
this function with.

I can certainly give you an example. Search and replace is in no wa
unique to word processing.

We name things. The name needs to be consistent over time. But bu
things change or we forget and make a variation on the name. You wan
to go back and correct all the instances.

For example, you have a project named "Red Hat". But after a fe
months you realize that half the time you are calling it "RedHat" an
half the time "Red Hat". But you want a search to find all th
instances. So what you really want to do is a global search an
replace to make all of them consistent.

Another example. There is only one "Donald" in your project, so yo
have lots of references to Donald. Later another Donald joins th
group. You want to be consistent, so you want to change all th
Donald's to be DonaldJones so that you can now make references t
DonaldJones and DonaldDuck

Hopefully it will never be?

What happens if you product codename changes you and need to update all of
your notes : )

In all seriousness this is doable via the OneNote API, so if someone wants
to write it they are welcome to.

F&R is by no means exclusive to word processing.

It's a very valuable and powerful tool wherever text or code is concerned
and I'd like to see it added to OneNote as soon as possible too.

We use OneNote exclusively for our teachers to take lesson notes while
teaching students.

We recently changed the term "Trial Lesson" to "Introductory Lesson" and now
we want to globally change every reference to "Trial Lesson" in every page
of every section of every Notebook to "Introductory Lesson".

Students occasionally get married and change their surname. We'd like to
globally change their surname in every notebook to reflect their new name.

Etc.
