is it possible to do a search within a form?

I have a form that shows employee information. I would like to be able to go
to a field in this form (say: Last_Name), type in a person's information
(smith), and have the corrisponding employee displayed in the form. Basicly
to do a search based on one field in the form. Is this possible?

Sure, just right-click in that field and enter your string in the "Filter
For" field.
