Is it possible to do incremental updates to Outlook's *.pst files

There are several programs, including Microsoft, that offer utility programs
to backup Outlook's entire *.pst files, but I cannot find any programs that
will only incrementally update changes to the *.pst files.

Is there such a program?

No, the OL pst file is a single file thus the date of this file changes
whenever it is accessed. Therefore if you use a std type backup app and you
set it to incremently backup it will backup the pst file for each occassion
that the pst file date has changed.
You will therefore have multiple backups of the entire pst.
