Is it possible to drag and drop notes from one section to another?

It doesn't seem possible, but I thought I would try this post. Collecting
notes in the Side Notes section is fine, but there doesn't seem to be any way
to drag and drop the notes into the appropriate Sections or pages that I have
created. Is Cut and Paste the only way?????????

Using the clipboard is currently the only way to move blocks of text or
paragraphs to another note.
