Is it possible to format MS Office Online templates?

I'm trying to create a business card from an MS Office online template. I
can't seem to format the text boxes (resize, etc.). Formatting options (such
as "text box size") are shaded out. How can I format to my liking.

Are the business cards not set up as a table? That's what I would expect if
they're intended to be printed on standard Avery or similar business card
stock.
