Is it possible to forward outlook email to an outside account?

Either your Exchange Administrator can set this up by creating a contact on
the Exchang Server and then setting your mail to automatically forward all
inbound messages to this external account (and possibly keep a copy in your
Inbox as well), or you can try setting up an auto-forward rule in Outlook.

So if this is against your Organization's policy, won't you get fired when
they find out?
