Is it possible to have form results put in BOTH a database & e-mai

Can I have the data from a form put into a database as well as e-mailed? I
saw other questions & answers where you can send to multiple e-mail
addresses, and thought at first that I might be able to modify that to my
purpose, but that FAQ is for FrontPage 2000 & 2002, and I have 2003. The
reason I want this is so that I can be notified when new information has been
added to the database, and I don't just have to keep checking it. Thanks!
