as above really...

is it possible to password protect 1 page of a website created in
publisher 2007?

I have made a site in publisher but i want to password protect 1 of
the pages.

for example- this page will only be seen by managers, and they will be
provided with the password.

I would be grateful for any help on this.

A simple and safe method would to create a separate 1 page document in
publisher and post the htm files in its own folder and password protect the
folder (see your hosting service help files on how to password protect a
folder, not all hosting services are the same). In your main publication
create a link to the protected fielder and in the 1 page publication create
a link back to the main folder.
