I'm currently working on a mail merge project in Word (Microsoft 365) where each recipient will receive a half sheet of paper with unique information on both sides. I've set up all the merge fields and configured it to be in portrait mode, with 2 sheets per page. However, when I insert a page break, it places the second page below the first one instead of printing on the backside of the top half.
I'm trying to create a template for an information sheet where the number of recipients varies each time I print it. Instead of having each individual's content on the front and back of the top half of the sheet, it's currently placing the second page below the first one.
Given that the number of recipients varies and I need to print many individual half sheets each time, is there a way to adjust the page setup or print settings to achieve this? I have access to a printer capable of handling various setups.
