I create a form using InfoPath 2003.
Users are supposed to fill in this .xml document but they have only
Microsoft Office 2000.

Can they read this document ? Do they need to install like a Word Viewer
...is it free ?

Thank you in advance,
Erica

Erica,

I assume these people need to fill in a form.

When Microsoft released InfoPath 2003 each client machine had to have
its own licensed copy of the InfoPath client.

There are now several pieces of third party software that will allow
end users to complete forms created in InfoPath in a Web browser. One
example is InfoScope, http://www.infoscope.co.kr/eng/main/main.aspx.

document via email ...

Thank you,

Hi, you won't be able to provide full data entry support if InfoPath is not
deployed on the machines of your users. That said, you can use a InfoPath
viewer with some level of data entry support (which may be OK for you).

In addition to the Viewer that Dr. Andrew Watt pointed you to, check that
list:
1. nVision:
http://www.nvisionit.co.za/Default.aspx?tabid=92
2. InfoJet:
http://www.infojetsoft.com/
3. InfoView:
www.infoview.net

Hope that it helps.
