Is it possible to receive email only from your contact list?

Is there a setting in Outlook Express that allows us to only receive email
from those who are in my contact list? All other email would go into the SPAM
folder... Please let me know if this is a possibility.

You can set up a rule to only download email from people in your contact
list - not sure about adding a function to move all other mail to another
folder.

BTW, This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
