is it possible to recover a folder that was deleted accidentlly?

I accidentlly deleted a folder in my outlook. I would like to recover the
emails in this folder. Is this possible?

Version of Outlook?
Email environment - Exchange, POP3?
Do you use a PST?
Did you empty your Deleted Items folder yet?
