Is it possible to recover an accidentally deleted One Note ?

I was keeping meeting notes from two meetings, and attempted to unite them
into one meeting note.

The cut and paste did not work correctly, and before i realized the C&P did
not wprk, i had deleted the original One Note. Now i can not seem to recover
the lost data...has anyone else seen this problem or know how to recover the
lost data?

I found my answer in the group:

The One Note content was automatically saved in my unfiled notes section,
and I recovered it using the File > Open Backup menu option, then navigated
to the appropriate note.
