PPT doesn't do individual error bars, which are how the confidence intervals
(or whatever those are -- maybe standard deviation?) on this chart were
probably created.
In PPT, you might be able to do it in a hi-low stock chart and then rotate
the chart, but it would be tedious, and you might have issues with the text
rotation.
All in all, Excel is the best tool for this chart. It would be very hard to
do -- I'd say close to impossible -- in PPT's MS Graph. Of course, you could
always do the line graph in PPT and then draw the error bars manually. (But
ewwww, *not* the way I'd want to do it!)
