Is it possible to replace mutliple entries in Contact?

We have constacts in Outlook 98 with the same Switchboard
number e.g. 0207 111 0000 but need to change it let's say
to 0207 111 1111. Is there a quick way to replace all
contacts with the new number or do we have to go through
each contact individually?

Any ideas? Thanks.

Sue,
This is good for everything except the categories field,
and as luck would have it, my boss needs me to edit the
categories of about 600 contacts. Any help would be
appreciated.
