Is it possible to schedual email checks between certain hours?

Hello I would like to set it up so my home computer does not check emails
between 8am and 6pm is this possible or is the only way of doing it to leave
msgs on the server?

Turn off Outlook and restart it when you get home. If it's not running, it
won't check mail.
