is it possible to set normal.dot default for MST custom install?

I want to set office application particularly Word with A4 setting. I can
not seem to find the options during the custom installation wizard of the ORK.

In addition I wish to set inches to centimetres as well as the default
dictionary. I can not seem to find these options either.

If I can not do this in the custom installation, where do i save the
normal.dot or book.xlt file so new users will get these needed settings?
