is it possible to setup more than 2 calendars at a time?

Yes. File --> New > Folder and create them. What function you have depends
on your version of Outlook .. which is?

With Outlook 2007 you can get reminders for non-default Calendars. Calendars
can be viewed side-by-side and there is a Calendar overlay feature. It's all
much better than with previous versions.

Do you mean the "working" hours of the day"? Tools | Options | Calendar
Options has a setting to control the "working hours" and the "work week".
Appointments are set for any time you like.

Look in Tools | Options | Other tab .. Advanced Options button .. Reminder
Options button.

You can turn the default reminder for the Calendar off here: Tools |
Options, uncheck the Default reminder for the Calendar. (it's set at 15
minutes by default)

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

That should be Tools | Options | Preferences tab and uncheck the Default
reminder box.
That actually controls whetter a reminder is set when an appt or meeting is
created rather than controlling the display of a reminder.

The poster asked to learn how to turn reminders off - "i also wanted to
know if I can turn the reminders off..."

My directions of Tools | Options take Outlook directly to the Preferences
Tab. There's no need to click Tools | Options | Preferences Tab to show the
Preferences tab.
