Is it possible to show numbers in thousands and decimals

Is it possible to show whole numbers rounded to thousands and the hundreds
shown as decimals?

Ex. 1,234,567 to show as 1,234.56

go Format cells, custom, change to #,###.##,
but in your example, it should round up to 1,234.57
