Hello people. My boss wants me to figure out whether it is possible to
suppress meeting availability details, so that when someone tries to check
her availability to book a meeting they should just be able to see whether
she is available or not, rather than finding out who is she meeting and the
nature of the meeting. Is this possible in an Exchange 2003 Outlook 2003/2007
envrionment. Can this be done using built-in tools?
I have tried using the private appointment feature, but that only applies to
new meetings, and not pre-existing meetings, and then its only applicable to
the client machine the "private appointment" has been configured.
Thank you in advance for your help.
