Is it possible to turn an e-mail into a file

I have an ongoing PayPal dispute and they have requested I upload a copy of
an e-mail I received. However, this can only be uploaded as a file! Is it
possible to turn a received e-mail into an uploadable file?

Save it as text or drag it from Outlook to a Windows folder.

Drag the e-mail to your desktop (or to any folder shown in Windows
Explorer). Then upload that .msg file. This assumes that they can read
the MSG format (it's a combination of binary data describing attributes
and headers but the body of the message is in text format). If they
don't have Outlook, there are plenty of MSG viewer utilities available,
like http://download.cnet.com/MsgViewer-Pro/3000-2369_4-10582567.html.
Just upload the .msg file and let them figure out how to read it.
