Is it really completely impossible to send attachments

via Outlook - does anyone know how to control level 1 &
2. Where does the exchange server administrator lives.
How do you access this server...?

FYI, Outlook never blocks *sending* attachments.

Thats not true...thats exactly what it does!

No, it doesn't. It gives you a message saying that *recipients* might not be
able to read the attachment, but it never actually prevents you from sending
the message.

A registry entry lets you customize the list of blocked files in messages
that you *receive.*See
