I teach a class and communicate with students via email. This works fine
for assignments and notices, but one thing is a problem. I want to send
EACH student individualized information such as test score results and
letter grade. Right now this is very awkward. I get the "To" box filled,
then copy text into the body of the email. Then I go back for each one and
add the individual information (e.g., test score out of 140 = 116). Then I
go back and copy the Subject line into each and send.
Is there a way I can get everything (even email addresses) in something like
Word for Excel and then have all the information put into the email and
sent? I have searched the help function, but cannot find anything.
I use Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP Pro. I have Word, Excel, Access,
etc.
Thanks for your help.
