The main problem with soliciting other people's opinions is that their usage
of the program may be for an entirely separate set of circumstances that
have no relation to yours. Therefore, their recommendations would not be of
particular use except for those comments on ease of use, help availability,
configuration ease or lack thereof, etc.
As to program specifics, you are probably better off installing a trial
version and seeing for yourself or use the program that was donated to your
organization.

After furious head scratching, Another Brian asked:
| We're in a similar boat. Currently we're using QuickBooks Basic for
| accounting and a kludge called PowerChurch to track individual giving,
| membership and attendance. We're really like to have one integrated
| tool. We're thinking of either upgrading to QuickBooks Premier
| Nonprofit Edition or to MS Small Business Accounting (donated by a
| church member). I'm quite interested in other peoples ideas on the
| subject.
