Is my db corrupt?

[Buzz]

I had to do a CTRL+ALT+DEL to close down my db and ever since then I cannot
open it. The first time I tried to open it after this I got a message asking
me if I wanted to repair it. I clicked yes but now when I try to open it I
get this message:

Record(s) cannot be read; no read permissions of 'MSysAccessObjects'.

Please help

Hopefully you can salvage it.
Always keep good backups for just this sort of unexpected problem.
