Office 2000 SBE was offered both as a Retail and OEM product. Office XP SBE
was only OEM.

| Isn't also true that SBE cannot be transferred? It isn't clear
| whether the OP wants to upgrade or move to a new computer with XP,
| but I think that this potential complication should be mentioned.
