Is "Office XP Service Pack 3 for SharePoint Team Services" enough for PSMigrat?

We are migrating now from MS Project 2002 to Project 2003 and from STS to
WSS accordingly.
I read in MS Project 2003 Installation Guide about PSmigrat utility requered
Office XP SP1 and SP2 installed (and OWS1002 update).
I found Office XP Service Pack 3 for SharePoint Team Services from MS Update
Site. Can I apply it (size 2M) instead of both Office XP SP1 and SP2 (size
32M total)?
